Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Welding Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will operate welding equipment to join metal parts according to specifications, ensuring strong, clean, and safe welds while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate welding machines (MIG, TIG, Arc, or Gas) as per job requirements

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

Prepare materials by cleaning, cutting, and positioning components for welding

Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and accuracy

Maintain welding tools and equipment in good working condition

Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment

Perform basic maintenance and report equipment issues

Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Welding Operator or similar role

Knowledge of different welding techniques and materials

Ability to read technical drawings and measurements

Attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle tools

Basic knowledge of workplace safety standards
